(web link) The West Virginia Commission of the Arts awards an FY2009 Professional Development Grant to Lee Badger/Anvil Works to support the acquisition of specialized metal craft equipment. The grant is presented with financial assistance from West Virginia Division of Culture & History and National Endowment for the arts.
